I placed an order. When will it ship? Please be sure to check the published lead-time on the banner on the website as lead-times vary based on our current volume. Also please note that once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number emailed to the email address you provided in the order. These are automated email so they do occasionally go to the junk folder, so be sure to check there if you don’t find it in your inbox.

I ordered the rush and my order has not arrived yet and it’s been several days. Why? The rush fee only reduces the processing time and by purchasing it, we guarantee to ship your order same or next business day. Unfortunately ordering the rush fee does not speed up your transit time so please be mindful of the transit days for the shipping method you choose.

I want to order a custom design. Do you accept customs? Yes we do. Go to this link for detailed information on how to order.

My order said it has delivering today but I can’t find it. What do I do? Sometimes USPS will mark something delivered but not actually deliver it until the next day. If you are concerned that it may have been misdelivered, please contact your local post office. The scanners that the delivery drivers use when delivering a package have GPS locations tied to them so the minute your package is scanned as delivered, it is tied an exact location so if you call the post office they can tell you the exact location where they left it.

I received my package but is was damaged. What do I do? If you ordered sublimation transfers and there are no tears or deep creases in the designs, you can place them under a heavy book for a while and they will flatten out enough so that they will press without issue. If you received a broken item or your transfers are damaged beyond repair, please contact us immediately so that we may file a claim on the package.

Do you offer bulk pricing on transfers? Yes we do. Bulk pricing is only offered on orders of 50 or more copies of one transfer. Please contact us at if you wish to obtain a quote. Please be sure to include all the information we will need such as a screenshot of the design, quantity you wish to have quoted, size you plan to order and if you are requesting a quote for sub, htv or screenprints.
