DTF (Direct to Film) Transfer Pressing Instructions

DTF (DIRECT TO FILM) TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS:Set heat press to 275-300 depending on your press. Start with a lower temp and increase if needed. Pre-Press the shirt/material for 5 seconds to remove moisture. Center transfer on shirt/material and press for 15 seconds. These transfers are a COLD peel so as soon as you have finished pressing for the 15 seconds, remove the shirt from the heat press with the transfer still attached and set aside until completely cooled. After cooled, slowly remove film and repress shirt for 5 seconds (with a teflon sheet to protect the design).WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Wait 24 hours...

Screen Print Transfer Instructions

Rough/Low Heat Transfers: Set Heat Press to 325-350 depending on your press. Start with a lower temp and increase if needed. Pre-Press the shirt/material to remove moisture. Center transfer on shirt/material and press for 5-7 seconds. Hot peel gently; if transfer has issues sticking, press for 2-3 more seconds.  Soft/High Heat Transfers: Set heat press to 350-375, set pressure to 60 PSI and press for 7 seconds. Hot peel gently; if transfer has issues sticking, press for 2-3 more seconds.  SCREEN PRINTS REQUIRE HEAVY PRESSURE. IT SHOULD BE SO HEAVY THAT IT IS HARD FOR YOU TO OPEN THE PRESS....

HTV TRANSFER SHEET PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION
