Screen Print Transfer Instructions

Rough/Low Heat Transfers: Set Heat Press to 325-350 depending on your press. Start with a lower temp and increase if needed. Pre-Press the shirt/material to remove moisture. Center transfer on shirt/material and press for 5-7 seconds. Hot peel gently; if transfer has issues sticking, press for 2-3 more seconds.  Soft/High Heat Transfers: Set heat press to 350-375, set pressure to 60 PSI and press for 7 seconds. Hot peel gently; if transfer has issues sticking, press for 2-3 more seconds.  SCREEN PRINTS REQUIRE HEAVY PRESSURE. IT SHOULD BE SO HEAVY THAT IT IS HARD FOR YOU TO OPEN THE PRESS....

HTV TRANSFER SHEET PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION

Adheres to: 100% polyester 100% Cotton Poly/cotton blends Light or Dark Colors   APPLYING MASK: Apply provided mask to design if it is not already applied (sometimes if there are small pieces on the design I will go ahead and apply it to help with loss of pieces during shipping). First you will remove the white backer from the mask sheet provided to you which should leave you with a clear sticky film. Sublimation and HTV Transfer Sizing Guidelines

First off, let me mention that this is only a basic guideline and for best sizing, always measure the area where you want the design as there are many factors that go into picking the best size. For instance, a tank top would very possibly need a different size than a regular unisex T-shirt. Also some people just like the design to be larger than other people’s preferences so for best results, measure! Also remember that our subs are measured from the longest side so the design may be 10 inches long but only 5 inches wide or 10 inches...
